Windows 10 XBOX app doesn't recognise credit card detail change

I've checked all my details such as location etc and I have credit on my account. I've also tried inputting the error code it gives but it doesn't seem to be recognised. I'm in the UK.

If the website is not xbox.com I wouldn't try to put my credit card information there , but if it is xbox.com website ,I've done it a lot of times, when it comes o 10$ prepaid cards , changing game tag price doesn't include the +tax part so if it's 9$ to
change a GT u should always remember that's without including the Tax, so it might cost more then 10$, and because of that the Xbox will charge you from your credit card due to not having enough money to pay thru your Xbox account

The best way is to get in touch with the credit card company regarding this issue as they might can return your money some how

Our credit card was not used for the transaction, the mystery account hackers credit card was, along with my daughters xbox credit that was on her account which was added via a voucher I bought. It shows under the transaction, £4.67 xbox credit, then £10.32
from this persons credit card that they have actually managed to add to her account somehow. She's removed the credit card from her account already and we've changed all the log in details etc, but that doesn't get her money back bless her.

You either need 10 pound or active credit card details to get it

Hi, thanks for your reply; I am aware that I can't share externally captured footage on the console itself - when choosing to capture to an external drive the console says that the footage will have to be shared via a PC. However, when I try to do so, the
Windows 10 Xbox app can't recognise the games that the captures were made from, so it won't let me upload them to Xbox Live.

Do I need to change some properties within Windows for each video file, so that the Xbox app will recognise them - if so, how do I do this?
