Windows 10 video problem black screen flashing

    Hi.

I have a problem with the video signal, it goes black when I enter to the desktop and my monitor says there's no video signal, but if I go to the
Task manager video comes in. I posted I video so you can see the problem.

My video card drivers are up to date just as the windows updates.

I have a Geforce GTX 1070, and I use a hdmi cable, nothing of this happen with windows 7, only windows 10.

I hope you can help me.

    :)

Flashing Black screen. LG tv, Xbox one s

No they are not 4k tv's. Only mine. On the other tv's doesn't matter what resolution I use. It flashes and black screen. On my tv no flashes on 1440p only when playing certain games and streaming it flashing black screen and no signal. But on 1440p it starts up no problem. Going through menus no problem. Playing call of duty problem.

One S connected to soundbar for atmos, screen flashes

This is EXACTLY how my system is set up. Sound is working perfectly but the video is flashing. Not a constant flash but mainly a black screen then as if the HDR mode keeps resetting, the banner in the upper right corner of the screen signifying hdr has
initialized will get brighter, image that should be showing on screen will appear for a split second and then back to black screen all while the atmos sound never waivers.

    black screen flash

I has no optical so direct Xbox -> TV using the HDMI high speed with Ethernet cable and setting stereo audio. I has noticed an improve. A black screen flash I think is signal of sync, if we have various or delayed it can be because sync problems.

    The results, when connecting to:

    - Xbox ->(stock cable) ->A/V receiver -> (HDMI high speed) -> TV: 1 black screen flash within 10 seconds of power on.

    - Xbox -> (HDMI high speed cable) -> TV: 1 black screen flash within 1 minute.

    - Xbox -> (stock cable) -> TV: multiple black screen flashes within 10 minutes.

The results are good at least for my TV (Philips), because within 1 minute I am loading the game/App yet, or maybe on dashboard.
