Windows 10 rollback broke my Xbox app / Gaming Services

Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app

Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackage
Hit Enter.
Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

Solution 2: Check for updates for apps and games from Microsoft Store.

Complete all pending window updates.

Run SFC and DISM system scans.

Clear all the temp files and prefetch files from your device.

Uninstall unused or 3rd party apps from your device.

How to roll back Windows 10 to an earlier version of Windows

To revert to a previous version of Windows, do the following:



If your computer is unplugged, be sure to plug it into the wall outlet and click Next.



Click Start and type "recovery".

Then, to run, right-click on the file, and run as administrator. then restart windows. then you need to open the Xbox app from Windows 10 that will be warning you that you need to install an extra component for the app, accept and wait for the installation. Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

[/quote]Yes. It got rollbacked to an earlier 1.5 build. Before the rollback, the game was really glitchy. IE: Things were randomly missing and for me at least the game was crashing when exiting / entering Whiterun even with all my mods disabled.

Error code: 0x803FB107, i should also mention that before this i updated my window 10 to 19003 for Sea of thieves.

EDIT: this must be a joke, because when i tried it on my laptop, it is currently downloading the game without updated window 10. (my laptop also doesn't have the xbox app installed.)

Downloading SoT anniversary edition, city skyline and ACA NERO GEO metal slug right now on my laptop. (without updates on console companion, window store, window 10)

How do i rollback to test it on my PC to see if it work? Deleted old updated to make space for a window 10 clean install before realise i could just go back to previous build.
