    Xbox Play Anywhere is NOT an emulator. The Xbox Play Anywhere games are compiled for the Windows 10 PC platform as well as Xbox. There is no emulation going on, which would unnecessarily slow down the games. They run natively on Windows 10, not an emulated
    Xbox environment.

    Minecraft is actually not an Xbox Play Anywhere title, so you would need to purchase the game again on Windows 10 in this case.

    Since it is the Windows 10 edition you can only play it on a windows computer. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title.

    Yes. You would have to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on PC. Unfortunately Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title.
