windows 10 messaging issue

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows
PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

thanks usms im glad im not the only one to have issues with it, ive tried that fix alot mate it hasnt worked for me

I have the same issue, I just live with it and use my phone and console and xbox.com. But try removing your account from the app and then delete the app from the PC and try redownloading it and reading your account.

i have to wait for the usage limit to go which should be tomorrow for that version but i checked on enforcement.xbox.com/en-us/home/reputation

To find out, try this:

1. Sign in at
   account.live.com/reputationcheck.
2. Add your phone number, then select Send code.
3. Get the code from the text message sent to your phone, enter it on the webpage, and select
   Submit.
4. If you’re using your Xbox, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off, then turn it on and sign back in. If you’re on a PC or mobile device, sign out of the Xbox app, then sign back in.
