    Windows 10 Has BIG ISSUES, XBOX Cannot Connect to the Cloud!


    I have had an update to Windows 10 and since then my Windows 10 games, specifically Microsoft Jackpot, will start to load and then I will get a message 'There was a problem saving your coin balance to
    the cloud. Please check your internet connection and try again.' There is no problem with my internet connection and I have also updated my security information while working with Xbox Support to try to resolve this issue. I have also tried to uninstall
    and reinstall the game and that has not resolved. Xbox Support has no other troubleshooting to try and I want to have my coin balance back. Can someone please look into this issue.

    cloud saves     will automatically start uploading once you’re signed in and connected to Xbox Live. Game save sync is usually fast, but allow a couple of minutes before you try playing on another device. The article that we provided refers to playing games
    offline on Windows 10, but there is a section of the article that talks about using the cloud on a Windows 10 device. We hope this helps!

    wireless adapter for windows is not bluetooth connect.

    On Windows 10 setting, drive, blue tooth and other,

    other drive, make sure other drive has 'Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows' .

    On the add new drive, your need change 'Other drive'.

    If you cannot connect too,

    you can use usb finish the first connect.

    I have the same issue. I have determined it has to do with Sleep Mode. If I use Sleep Mode, I cannot power it up and connect to the Xbox One S from Windows 10. If I change it from Quick Boot to Energy Saving, then It works every time.
