replying that this issue is on the windows side and to solve this problem farther, Microsoft support needs to get involved, but the forum poster "decodazzz"
declined, saying that this issue is too frustrating, spending almost

6 months on this problem rebuilding his own pc up and down trying to solve this problem.

id like to take this up again, retracing the steps, and continuing on forward, if not we find a different solution on the way

try to help me to solve this and hopefully create a solution that can work until Microsoft and 343 completely solves the problem at the roots.

tried everything on the web. biggest things I did in trying to resolve this was resetting and reinstalling the entire windows store distribution including windows store
itself, reinstalled it, with the entire appx distribution via Powershell, and reinstallation of the game itself, severely cleaned up the entire game folder in the windows app folder. resetting registry in Regedit to default values and more. drivers reinstallation
both up and down searching the web I found this to be a common problem gradually happening more and more regarding crashes at startup up to this day sins 2017, yet neither Microsoft nor 343 industries are solving the problem as far as I know.
