Windows 10 Game DVR "Something went wrong. Try again later."

My computer was able to record in 60FPS or higher before the issue that you guys were unable to solve and that was with the most up to date version of Windows 10. Why do I all of a sudden need to download Windows Insider Build and Xbox (Beta) App in order
to do so? And how do I get the Windows Insider Build?

 

I've just installed the newest version of Windows Insider Build and the Xbox (Beta) App and raised everything to high in the Game DVR. It still doesn't work... It saves the clips at 28-30FPS when I show in the recording that I am getting 120FPS... Here is

This may seem a strange solution, but I was having this error and somehow I managed to fix it simply.

Go to the directory '%USERPROFILE%\Videos' and make sure you have a folder named 'Captures' (make sure it's not hidden too, as the Xbox app won't be able to read it otherwise).

This has solved my problem.

 

HI thanks for the solution @mediantiba, worked a treat, id just reinstalled windows and i keep my video folder located on a different drive, once i had given my new windows profile the permission to access folder the game bar and DVR worked! thanks.
