Windows 10 Game DVR Picture frozen but sound works.

I have a new gaming PC that I recently built and I wanted to use the game dvr to record clips for videos. And they were working fine at first but then they just started acting weird by only showing one image the whole recorded clip but the mic and game audio
is still able to be heard in the background. If this has ever happened to anyone and they found a solution please help. PC specs :

Intel® Core™ i5-7400 Processor, 8gb of DDR4 RAM, AMD Radeon RX580 4gb.

Edit : I have tried updating my graphics card drivers and that did not work.
