Windows 10 Game DVR not working

Apparently I'm not the only one who has this problem, my PC has all the hardware required to record game clips and stuff like that, yet the Xbox App says that "This PC is unable to record clips.
Learn more". I contacted support and they didn't help me so I hope that someone can tell me how to get it to work.

Yup I'm having the same problem. Looked up hardware requirements and on this very website it says "Radeon R9 series", which I have but still claims my PC does not have the required hardware. Really would like a fix for this

I have this problem too!

I can't record videos with the game bar on windows 10 but i have a amd radeon hd7000 series graphics adapter (i'm not sure what graphics adapter but i'm sure is a amd radeon hd7000 series graphics adapter because when i instaled the driver it said that)

The game works fine (minecraft 1.8 work at 130 fps) when i recording with action mirillis and fraps, (when i'm not recording, minecraft 1.8 work at 200 fps)

Same issue here: MSI Radeon R7 240. Bought it specially so we could use Game DVR. I have been on the Phone and into chat contact with support for more than 2 hours: no result whatsoever.

I was really impressed of the quality of Windows 10, but very very dissappointed at how this is being handled.
