Windows 10 Game DVR Does not Work

I have been using Game DVR since Windows 10 came out (not preview though), and it has always worked fine, excluding fullscreen games of course. But recently while playing The binding of Isaac: Afterbirth, i decided to use my controller, and when trying
to record, it didn't work, saying "There is nothing to record. Play some more and try again."

Now, regardless of whether i open the game bar with my controller or not, or use the Win+Alt+R shortcut, the message always appears on all games when i try to record, and i have no idea why.

Turning the computer off and on, and unplugging the controller have done nothing. Help would be massively appreciated as i use this quite frequently, for things such as Youtube.

I have also played a small indie game and opened the gamebar, to find the record button was grayed out, to find out it says my computer doesn't meet the requirements to use, it, which it obviously does as i have used it before.

I have attempted all of the steps in "Troubleshoot Game DVR", to no avail. Help would be very much appreciated as i need this working again ASAP.

Try to download the xbox beta app from the microsoft store. I have some feature unable to work on the full version of xbox app too.
