Windows 10 game bar uploading clips?

Me and my roommate both have the same build with windows 10 I can upload clips to the xbox network from the game bar but only if it has recognized the game I was playing when I took the clip so any clip that says unknown under the editable title in the game bar gallery I can't upload for example warframe(steam) or fallout:new Vegas(game pass) but if it says the game it came from under the editable title for example back 4 blood(game pass) or icarus first cohort(steam). My roommate doesn't have this problem all his clips from apex and back 4 blood etc... each are recognized and linked to each respective clip and he can upload without problems. Is there anything I can do to make the captures have what they need to be uploaded to xbox ?

Yes All games are installed on my computer(not the cloud) and my steam and spotify accounts are linked

Have you tried linking your steam account and other platforms account to your Xbox account?

The games from game pass that have this issue are installed on the PC or you are playing those on the cloud?

No ONLY my screenshots and a small handful of clips are uploadable the rest of my clips are not uploadable. Microsoft discontinued uploading clips from the PC companion.
