Windows 10 Game Bar Standalone Installer

I have a laptop that is on an isolated network. I need to have the Windows game bar installed. I cannot use the Microsoft Store (due to being on an isolated network with no exception to connect to the internet). Due to this I need a standalone installer.
Is this available?

Unfortunately i think it is not as the GameBar is built into the Windows 10 kernal as far as im aware you can only enable or disable it.

It doesn't seemed to be installed on this machine. If I do get-appxpackage it doesn't have the windows bar in there, but if I do the command in a machine that has it working...it pops up in the list. Seems like I'm missing it for the PC on the isolated
network. In GPO it's enabled and the game bar settings are there, but if I do the Windows+G I get "you'll need a new app to open this ms-gamingoverlay". Internet searches basically say to re-install from the Windows Store, but that is not possible for the
laptop I need it on. I'm mainly looking for an answer on whether or not a standalone installer exists, because then I'll start looking to use a different program.

You can't install and use the older version, is not compatible and available anymore.

In addition, if you are logged in with the same profile on Windows 10 and have the Windows Xbox Game Bar installed - it should be by default - this in turn will keep your account active.
