Windows 10 Game Bar Issues

I am having an issue with Windows 10 game bar not letting me record anything. I have an AMD Radeon R7 260x, which is supported by Windows 10 game bar. Whenever I click "Start Recording", I get the "Sorry, this PC doesn't meet the
hardware requirements for recording clips" message. There are pictures below.

Hi,

Issues with using the Game Bar and recording your game clips on Windows 10 are possibly caused by an outdated graphics card driver installed on your PC. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you install or update the graphics card drivers to the most
updated version by following the steps below:

Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.

Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver. For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right-click your graphics card and select Update Driver.

Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver. Here's how:

Open Device Manager and right-click (or tap and hold) the name of the device, and select Uninstall.

Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

You can also visit the graphics card manufacturer's website and check download the most updated version of the drivers.
