Windows 10 Game Bar and Call of Duty: MW(2019)

I'm having issues playing/connecting to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare(2019). When I launch the game through the Blizzard Launcher for the first time, I'm able to play the game with no issues. When I press Windows+G to bring up the game bar to connect to an
Xbox live party to play with my friends that have Xbox's, I can no longer join Call of Duty parties via invites, and people can't join me. If I attempt to restart my game, I'm no longer allowed to connect to the Call of Duty servers, and I have to restart
my computer before it works again.

I've attempted to port forward the CoD ports. I've allowed everything through my firewall. I've even tried to end task on all Xbox Live and Xbox services in task manager, and it still doesn't work. I'm at a loss on why I can't play CoD and connect to an Xbox
live party. Does anyone have any ideas?
