Windows 10 - Error "0x87DD0003" when login

Hello,

I have an error "0x87DD0003" when connecting to the Xbox application with Windows 10.

I reinstalled Windows 10 from the system settings, no results (tested by specifying a Microsoft account and then a local account during installation).

I reinstalled Windows 10 with the last ISO "en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1803_updated_sep_2018_x64_dvd_69339216.iso", no results (tested by specifying a Microsoft account and then a local account at installation).

I tested from my other PC, same error "0x87DDD0003".

On the other hand, everything works on my Xbox One. I am connected and can play online.

Everything also works on my Android smartphone with the Xbox application.

Do you have any idea?

xbox app on win10 - cannot authorize

Hi

Some days ago i installed on my mac / parallel deskop app windows 10 technical preview. More or less windows works fine, all apps are available etc.

i installed that to check window 10 before it goes live becuse i m curious how xbox stream games to PC.

As i said windows 10 works, in network palces i can see my xbox one console as an icon and i can connect this console via smartgalss app instaled on windows.

Problem appers when i m tring to connect using x -box app that shoud allow me to stream games. Xbox apps starting to connect xbox and then i receive an error message 0x87DD0003 , system ask me to login xbox.com to correct it ( additionally im aurhorized
in backrgound this site )

When im trying to login again ( try aggain button) nothing happend. System notify me again my account has an error

This is strange for me me becuse i can login to my Microsoft account everywhere ( winows, office, xbox, xbox one , smartgalss ..... but xbox app on win 10 does not allow me to login.

My questionis is : could it be parallel desktop problem or should i connect with someone from ms suport to check details of my account ?

any thoughts ???

Hi, when I try to login in Windows 10 appears an error, 0xCFFFF82B, and when I searched it I didn't found anything, can someone help me?

If there are no service alerts on this page
http://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status there's not much more this error can be.

Some have this solved by disabling any 3rd party firewalls like from antivirus software.

 

My Windows is clean. I did not install any softwares. I tried to disable the firewall, no change.

Hello There

Sorry for all the frustration you are having signing in. Here is a possible solution:
1.Copy the link provided Xbox
Identity provider.
2. When you copy and past the link open it in Microsoft Store.

3. Install the app then launch Xbox App

4. it should ask you to sign in again completely.

I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having with
signing
into the Xbox app on Windows 10. As a final step, try
removing the Microsoft account by going to Settings, selecting
Accounts, and then selecting
remove
next to the account. Then re-add the account from the account picker when you sign
into the Xbox app.



Also, please go to
Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer


What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity?

I tried to delete the account and login to the Xbox app, but no change.

First, I had a "0x80072EFE" error. When I tried again, I had the error "0x87DDD0003" again.

My Windows is clean, I didn't install any programs after reinstalling with ISO.

I would like to try another solution. I would need you to go into network settings the select manual then enter the following for the DNS.

For now, please try changing the xbox’s DNS server from automatic to manual, and then using
1.1.1.1 as the primary DNS and
1.0.0.1 as secondary DNS.

Try this out and let me know how it goes.

For information, I reinstalled Windows with the 1809 version but no change.

I tested with custom DNS on my Windows. (My Xbox is ok. NAT is open and connectivity is ok).

Server connectivity is always "Blocked".

I'd be happy to provide some input.

So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

I would suggest looking over our article when
Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked and go over the steps listed there to see if any of that helps.

Let us know if the server connectivity is still blocked after going over those steps.

Just letting you know I removed picture due to it has all your information on there IP etc. You could try port forwarding at this point the picture you did have up has all the information for it. Here is a good website for
