Windows 10 DVR Problems

Hi there. Since the last update I've been having a terrible time with the Xbox DVR. I use it to record gameplay for my YT channel but now I can no longer hide the recording timer. This causes me to miss clicks and actions in-game when my mouse scrolls over
it. That's not to mention, of course, how obnoxious it is to see the little white bar the entire time I'm playing. I'd really rather not try to find another screen recorder. Any solutions for this issue? I check for updates every day but no help so far.

Unable to hide the recording bar on Xbox Game DVR is an on going issue with the Game bar after the recent update and our Engineers are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, we suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps below.

Step 1elete Temporary files. This will help delete temporary files that have been stored on your computer.

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Select This PC.
5. Click Temporary files.
6. Choose Temporary files.
7. Click Remove files.
