Windows 10 DVR not working

Hello, yesterday I updated my Windows 8.1 x64 to Windows 10 and I want to record some clips but I can't because Xbox app says that I need to have the graphics card are in the requirements and I have and I already updated my graphics card driver. I am in
a laptop, my pc is here:

• Intel Core i5 3210M @ 3.1Ghz
• AMD Radeon HD 7650M 1GB
• 6GB RAM
• Windows 10 X64

I would like to fix this, to keep up my work on my YouTube channel.
