Puzzles up to 190 pieces are more or less OK, but who wants to build them without dying of boredom? Puzzles with more than 190 pieces pose a challenge. There just is not enough screen space to sort the pieces in any traceable order. I adjusted to 100% to no avail. I suggest that the developers take a break and try to put together a 400 / 600 piece puzzle. Microsoft Jigsaw was my go-to pastime. I would really appreciate a solution here

Hydro Thunder Hurricane screen scaling wrong

From PCGamingWiki.com :

Change Windows Scale.[2]

1. Right click on the desktop.
2. Select "Display settings".
3. Change Scale to "100".
4. Run the game.

Likely on a Notebook it will be at 125%.

This changes the scaling of your whole Windows Desktop, so you may want to revert it to the previous scaling after playing the game.

Full Screen Game Keeps Minimizing

Hi there kioairi welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out! Have you tried scaling the display to 100%? You can do it like this:

Open the Settings app and go to System > Display.

Windows 10 not using full screen

Find the Change the size of text, apps, and other items and set it to 100%.

It has been reported that many games won’t run properly unless the display scaling is set to 100%, so use the above steps to set display scaling to 100% in Windows 10.

You might have to sign out of your account and sign back in order to apply the changes, so be sure to do that. Up next, check if your games are working again.

Even more, there’s a game booster that will get rid of low FPS, freezes, lags, and other issues while playing. If you like the idea of a better gaming experience, don’t hesitate to give it a try as well.

ATM its too expensive two develop for two different platforms. The gap between PS3/360 and PC is too big to scale. Its like scaling iPad3 games to high-end PC specs.

Minesweeper has Score overflow

I guessed that should happen and it is not considered as passing 1M coins the displaying scores size gets too big and exceed its windows size.

Windows scaling every game that I play

Dear Milán Faragó,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

We appreciate your reaching out to us regarding the scaling issue that’s impacting your gaming experience on Windows. We understand how frustrating this can be and we’re here to assist you.

From the information you’ve provided, it’s clear that the scaling behavior is affecting the performance and overall feel of your games, with Rocket League being particularly impacted. Your efforts in identifying potential causes and troubleshooting this issue are commendable.

To further investigate and potentially resolve the scaling-related challenges you’re facing, we recommend the following steps:

1. Driver Updates: Ensure your graphics card drivers are up-to-date. Outdated drivers can sometimes lead to unexpected scaling behavior in games.
2. Game Settings: Check the display settings within each game. Make sure the resolution and display mode match your monitor’s native resolution. Experimenting with different display modes (windowed, borderless, fullscreen) may also help identify any variations in scaling behavior.
3. Windows Display Settings: Confirm that the display scaling settings in Windows match your monitor’s native resolution. You can access these settings by right-clicking on the desktop, selecting “Display settings,” and adjusting the “Scale and layout” options.
4. Compatibility Mode: Try running games in compatibility mode to see if there are improvements in scaling behavior.
5. Additional Considerations: Given the complexity of graphics and display settings, it might be helpful to explore other factors such as GPU scaling, display scaling, and advanced settings within the NVIDIA Control Panel. These could potentially impact game performance and scaling.

We understand that troubleshooting these issues can be complex. Your detailed observations will be invaluable in identifying the root cause of the scaling discrepancies you’re experiencing.

Thank you for your patience and proactive approach in addressing this issue. We’re dedicated to ensuring your gaming experience meets your expectations.

Best Regards,
