    Help!!!


    My beloved Jigsaw will NOT play since I upgraded to Windows 10. I have all the other games, Solitaire, Minesweeper etc But Jigsaw insists I am not signed in to my xbox account. This is odd as it knows I have the premium edition and how does it know that
    if I am not signed in! I have uninstalled it about 3 times now tried turning laptop off and doing restarts. Followed link to Jigsaw from other working games ..... nothing!

    Freezes every few minutes

    I am using Windows 10, and jigsaw is freezing every few minutes. are there any solutions?

    Jigsaw Freezing issue

    I have had the same freeze problems with Jigsaw; just tried getting out of Windows 10 XBox Beta and back to Windows 10 Xbox..... IT WORKS. No more freezing.

    Jigsaw Freezing issue

    I have had the same freeze problems with Jigsaw; just tried getting out of Windows 10 XBox Beta and back to Windows 10 Xbox..... IT WORKS. No more freezing.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
