NAT类型显示是打开的，但是服务连接显示已阻止。

人在美国，笔记本的地区也是美国，时间也是按照自动设置的太平洋时间。

ipv4 和ipv6也都开了。DNS改成手动的和自动的也试了没有用。

防火墙也是正常打开的状态。Xbox Live 群聊天和多人游戏所需的 Windows 服务也是默认值。

之前曾经装过unblock youku，也进行卸载了，网络也重置了。

netsh advfirewall firewall show rule 4jxr4b3r3du76ina39a98x8k2显示也是没有规则匹配此特定准。PC 上没有该防火墙规则

也进行了重新安装XBOX APP。

电脑是只有外星人自带的SupportAssist的软件，没有别的360安全卫士之类的软件。

windows系统也更新版本了，版本是1803 （OS内部版本 17134.441）

Hi Meng,

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you have already tried all the solutions from the article that was recommended by XBF Chris, then what you would need to check next are updates for your Windows 10 device. Sometimes your device will not function
properly without an update.

To check for updates now, select the Start
Windows logo Start button button, and then go to
Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon >
Update & security Circular arrows Sync icon >
Windows Update Circular arrows Sync icon, and select
Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

Go ahead and check for updates. If they're required, do so and then attempt to connect your device to Xbox Live servers again.

I hope this helps a bit more and please let us know the results.
