In addition to my above described problem I noticed, that the advertising time is added to the overall playing time too. I don´t want to change to the paid solution which has no disturbing advertisement, but I think it would be a good idea for the software
specialists, to implement a switch in the start surface to suppress the advertisement. Otherwise it is impossible to make a realistic compare between all players. Microsoft has made so much money and should once make a concession to the slightly poorer players
who can not afford the paid variant. If this proposal is not possible, there should be implemented a two-class game, for people who have to live with advertisement and for this who won´t.

It is always frustrating to miss one of the first places when you are a quick player but there is a time of 5 minutes advertisement added...

Thank you for you answer, but it doesn´t solve this problem. The themes which I found on this link don´t touch my above described problem, sorry. Maybe there are some people in this community who had the same problem and found a solution ?

Not sure it is the only one, probably not, but for sure there is a known issue with the timer that has been added to the events faq page in the casual game community site:

I'll copy the paragraphs here for a quick reference:

"There is currently a bug where if you close the window using the “X” button or ALT+F4 during or at the end of an event challenge, you may incur extra time, so make sure you always go back to the event screen or main menu screen before closing the app!

Lots of players have asked about us adding a “stop the clock” button. Unfortunately a “stop the clock” button would defeat the purpose of the competition. If you are not going for a high ranking, time does not matter – you take as much time as you need to
complete the challenges and collect the bracelet awards based on your score. You can also quit the game and come back later which will not count toward your time spent. Only the time you spent playing the Event challenges counts toward your time spent."

Sorry, but this I`ve tried all. All above mentioned proposals don´t solve the problem, the time with no playing activity will always be added. Taking all this into account I think the only solution is a software correction.
