Win 10 streaming issue

Discus and support Win 10 streaming issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Okay so last night I got my XB1 all set up with my XBOX app on Win 10 and its a bit wonkey at times till I get the hang of it but its getting there....     Win 10 streaming issue


    Okay so last night I got my XB1 all set up with my XBOX app on Win 10 and its a bit wonkey at times till I get the hang of it but its getting there. This morning I go to stream from both XB1s in my house and I get the same problem with both consoles. I connect
    to a console but all that happens is the screen fades. I get audio but no picture, just a dimmed XBOX app screen.

    Last night both consoles were working fine. Rebooted both and my PC and the issue is still there. I also get a issue with my network window at the bottom left but I got that while it was working and I cant find a *** thing wrong with my network at all. I am
    wireless but I have full bars on all the connectivity icons on my PC, in the app, and at both XBOXes..... I get full bars.

    Cannot stream on Windows 10, but the Xbox is connected!

    How old is the PC. Is it newer with modern PC spices. Or it a old WIN 7 computer that you upgraded to WIN 10. Because if was like a WIN 7 computer before you upgrade to WIN 10. Some of the computer spices might preventing you from streaming.

    Xbox Video - Buffering

    Rented movie from Xbox Movies & Videos on 5/14//2016. Enough bandwidth for streaming, but it kept buffering every few minutes, even after 15 minutes of playing. I was streaming on one of my two Surface Pros. The one running 8.1 alone would buffer.

    The 2nd Surface that was running Win 8.1 in dual boot, also buffered. However, in Win 10, it played fine.

    Checked multiple times on Sunday and on Monday to see if there would be any difference.

    None Win 10 Xbox Video rented - Sicario - buffered consistently on Win 8.1.

    You know for as hard as it is to actually get over the phone help it would really be great if Microsofts people would actually tend to some of these issues people have here in the forums. Posts go ignored for days if they ever get responded to by MS support.
    Mine was started on the 29th and only just approved on the 31st?
