Win 10 ARK crossplay No Sessions displayed?

I have the same issue as well. Ark's tech support denied my help request and sent me to file a claim directly with their game engineering department:

The game worked fine on December 3rd, then wouldn't load any of the servers on the 4th. I've spent the last couple days updating all my drivers, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Ark, netsh winsock reset. I will post any response I receive
from the ark gaming engineers.

I am having the same problem, and read in another forum it was due to the xbox update being pushed and the pc update not being through cert yet? I'm not sure though, if you find a solution please share.
