    Will you ever offer a proper bug reporting/tracking site for Xbox OS issues?


    The current process is lacking in a bunch of ways.

    The "known issues" are almost never updated, so 99.99% of the time, you're submitting a completely new bug report, rather than clicking "me too" on an existing one, or adding a comment. The Feedback Hub for Windows 10, while being far from perfect, is so much better.

    The "known issues" list is never updated. There's no way to see/search for other people's bug reports. There's no way to see if your bug report has been acknowledged. There's no way to see if the bug has been confirmed. There's often no way to see if it's been fixed. There's no way to get feedback from the devs.

    Basically, you are sending bug reports out into the ether, hoping that they get fixed.

    I completely understand that you need people to report bugs via the console, because logs are attached that help you trace the issue, but still. All these years and the insider program is still awful for the user, AKA unpaid QA tester that you rely upon, and almost certainly for the developers in several ways too.

    I'll pass it on. Please remember to report Ambassador issues through the proper channels (report a bug site, CMs, etc.).

    Please keep in mind Ambassador related issues are not handled via the forums and should go through proper channels (mentioned in the handbook). You would want to report the issue as a bug using the link at the very bottom of the Ambassador site.

    Since you are part of the Insider program we would highly recommend posting the

    Insider forums     and reporting this bug through the console app.

    This allows the proper team to track that info and add issues to their bug list and is an integral part of what the preview program is all about!

    Post there and file that bug and they will assist further!

    If the mission is not progressing properly then you should report either a personal bug if you are the only one you know of that is experiencing the problem or a site wide bug if you know other people that are having the same issue.

    You can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of the xbox ambassador page and clicking on the 'report bug' tab.
