Will xbox support vulkan API in xbox series console

Dev mode is not allowed to be used to run software, only to develop games

If the Xbox doesn't support it, the. it won't be useful at all for those following the rules.

Which API works better is entirely dependent on the application, and Xbox is designed from the ground up around directX .PlayStation doesn't use it either

You won't be able to add that file to the folder, no matter what permissions you give. The folders are encrypted and can not be altered.

Do you have any other games on your system that use the Vulkan API? They don't need to be just Game Pass games. For a game to be 'Vulkan supported', vulkan files also need to be part of the game install. Since you can't change or add files to a Game Pass
or Windows Store downloaded games, you'll need to un-install and download it again.

If you own or otherwise have access to games on
this supported vulkan list and they work, the issue won't be with your graphics card drivers.

So, you mean it could use vulkan

SIMULTANEOUSLY with dx12 on xbox and still manage to run because some vulkan functions are compatible with UWP?

That's unfortunate you can't alter those files, as it seems others with this problem on Steam fixed it by adding that file or updating their GPU drivers.

I looked at that list, and she did just finish one on there last week (Life is Strange 2).
