Will xbox cloud gaming be free to use with games I already own on my console?

If you gave game pass ultimate, cloud gaming is included with it (I think you already know this)

If you start a cloud gaming session nothing is going to be downloaded in your console
The game is already downloaded in the cloud gaming servers.

That's the special thing about cloud gaming and the reason why you can use it with your phone, another Xbox, PC and now TVs

It isn't about showing off. People should be free to play with friends and family, without having to lug their own Xbox.

No other games are free on the cloud and require an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription

The game is free download and I downloaded it to my console using xbox app, its in my games and apps, and it says i have this owned.

Sonic The Hedgehog 3 is Xbox360 game.

Netflix gives me things that I couldn't get for free. CrunchyRoll gives me things I couldn't get for free. Xbox LIVE and now PSN are forcing you buy something you should be able to get for free. At least PSN gives you free games while LIVE doesn't give much.

I can access the internet because I have already paid to access the internet. I shouldn't have to pay someone to let me use my own internet on my own console on my own television.
