There could be factor on why this option is not available like country/region. As this is only available to every Microsoft Rewards member in the selected location: US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Brazil and Mexico.

We would like to suggest for both of you to contact directly the Microsoft Rewards team about the auto redeem of rewards points. As only them will be able to know the details about your request. Please use this link to create a support request with the Microsoft Rewards team - New support request (microsoft.com).

While on the other hand, if the Rewards app on your Xbox One, (not Xbox app for Windows nor Xbox app for mobile) is not showing option for managing Auto Redeem. Please make sure to submit a report to Team Xbox. You may do that by using this guide: Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support.

Hey I don't know if you've gotten them back yet but this happened to my mom and I was able to fix it for her by exiting the game, doing ctrl alt delete, click Task Manager. Look under Apps and click Microsoft Jigsaw then go to the bottom and click End Task.
When we opened it back up all of them were back

I have the same problem and I really tried all the steps. Xbox App is broken since last update. There are many reviews on the Microsoft Store about the Xbox App which tell all the same. Games can't be downloaded, App is "freezing"/not loading anything after selecting one game, only can be closed over the task manager.

Microsoft needs to fix it asap.

Open the task manager (right click on the task bar then choose task manager) and see if the game is running, if not, you may have to reinstall your Xbox app
