Will the Deluxe Pr Ed run on a PC without xbox app?

I am a flight simmer, not a gamer.

The current version of MS Flight Sim seems to run on xbox. I want the pure flight sim. Where can I buy the flight sim to run on my PC under Windows 10?

If you don't want to purchase or download Flight simulator from the Xbox app available on PC, you can get the game instead via the Steam store.

The Xbox app is only required to install the game, once installed you just need to open the game from the shortcut

I struggled with this problem for a few days. Even support couldn't give me a stratight answer. Ok, I will get the downloadlable file.

I think I have to have the xbox app installed to be able to download, right?

Hello, yes. Once you download the Xbox app go to "my library" and the game should appear ready to be installed.

Just make sure to be logged in with the account that owns the game
