Will Roblox gift cards return in Microsoft Rewards?

Currently, there is no approximate or exact date announced for the return of the rewards you mentioned. It's also unclear whether they will return at all. Typically, they go away for a while because the codes run out, and we have to wait for new codes to become available again. Sometimes they take a bit longer to come back, and sometimes they don't. We can't do anything but wait.

Hopefully, they will be available again soon.

Sometimes Microsoft rewards is removing the goal that I've set. This time I went to search for the Roblox gift card reward in Redeem section. And it didn't show up as available product to redeem my points for. I just wanted to set it as my goal but I doesn't appear

Restocking will happen eventually; it might take some days or weeks. There's no known timeframe for gift card restocking, you'll have to wait a bit.
