Will removing and reading my profile remove installed games?

I agree with whats been said already. If you are having issues though, you may want to perform a soft reset. This will restore your Xbox to factory default settings but keep the installed apps & games. May sort out the issues you are having with your saved
game data by removing your profile.

Make sure you choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option.

No you won't. You will probably be prompted that the console is syncing your save game from the cloud as soon as you start a game again, but all of your installed and downloaded games will remain on your console.

I tried another suggested thing before removing/re-adding and it seems to have worked, was told to sign out of my account then restart the console and sign back in, that restored my saves. 🤗
