Will not play any xbox games

Are you receiving an error code? Or the game just crashes?

If you're receiving a message please tell me which one

Did you tried using a different wifi network to see how it goes?

And besides the troubleshooting steps described in the post, did you tried something else?

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

have you tried a hard reboot to see if this fixes problem? to do this, when the console is powered on, hold in power button on front of console for 5-10 seconds until xbox shuts itself off. your led on power brick should turn orange. boot her back up and
you should see the green loading screen. see if this hopefully helps you out. hard reboot fixes most problems
