    Will not let me deposit credits because my account needs to be updated


    I went on xbox live rewards to deposit my credits and it wont let me. It comes up with your account needs to be updated. However ive updated all my stucc yet its still not working. Could really use some help please

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

    Your account needs to be updated to make a deposit!

    When I try to redeem, this message appears "Your account needs to be updated to make a deposit!", I check my account and it is ok, but the credit is not realized.

    How to solve this problem?

    Hello SquatterScroll6,

    Your Credits are disappearing because every time you have reached the 1000 Credit minimum to request a deposit you have done so. We then deposit the Credits into your Microsoft Account as usable currency, so they are no longer in your Rewards Account.

    Same problem, except I've reached 35,800 credits. The Xbox Rewards website say my account need to be updated, but when I follow the link I end up on my billing profile, and whatever I do, the deposit stay locked.

    If you're successful in unlocking yours, please tell me how you do it!
