    Will my Xbox One X work in 220 volts if I bought it in the Canada? As per Sticker Model 1787 and rating : 110-127/200-240v~2.75/1.3A, 50/60Hz but near the Power Pin point it was written as 125v, 7A. Without any step
    down transformer, Will my XBOX-1-X Will work in India or not? None of the Microsoft customer care aware the answer.It is really unfair. OEM himself not aware their product :-( What basis Can we buy Microsoft product such a kind of support?

    If your xbox says 240v on it, it's safe to use in 220v

    Hi,

    The Xbox One X and the Xbox One S are
    multi-voltage    . This means that the internal power supply will work practically anywhere around the world.

    It will work on 110V supplies and 220/240V supplies, it does not
    require the use of a transformer.

    Yes, a power brick compatible with the voltage and power outlets in India is required if you purchased your Xbox One in Canada and are using it there. In India, the voltage is 220 volts, compared to 120 volts in Canada. Directly plugging an Xbox One from Canada into an Indian power socket could harm the device.

    US Xbox One in UK. Power cord.

    The US uses 120 Volt power and the UK I believe 220 or higher. Im not sure if a UK power supply will work or not but I know they make Volt converters that will solve your issue. You need one that can convert form 220 to 120.
