    I have ordered and paid for a series s from the Microsoft store. It says that it will be delivered early December. Can anyone confirm that this will definitely 100% happen and Microsoft will not let me down at the last minute? Thank you

    Pre-ordered game and still cant access it

    Check your order at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure you did order the Series S/X version and not the One version.

    If the order is the Series S/X version, are you sure your console as a Series S and not a One S?

    The game was not released for the One. You would need a Series S/X in order to play it. A Series S/X is not the same as a One S.
