Will my reward points deposit soon, or is something wrong with my account?

My 50k points don't seem to be depositing into my Xbox account. Quick timeline:

11/1 - Bought an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store, and sold my OG on Craigslist. Promo code included 50k in Xbox Rewards points.

11/16 - Rewards points hadn't appeared within the 15-day delivery period. Contacted support by phone, and the rep was great. She escalated the issue, got the points in my account within a few days, and followed up by email to make sure I was set.

12/1 - Points haven't converted to Xbox credit. Was kinda hoping to grab FFXV with it. No problem if I need to just buy the game, but the 50k points are partly why I upgraded.

I haven't changed regions, and I believe my rewards account is tied to my primary billable Xbox Live account.

Xbox live rewards won't deposit!!!!!!!!

I have 45000 reward points but it won't. let me deposit them, it says there is something wrong with my billing but from what i can tell there is nothing wrong with it. Help please

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So yours would be schedule for the deposit on December 15.

I have gone over your account and do not see any issues. I believe that you may need clarification on how our deposit cycles work. We only perform deposits on scheduled dates, twice a month. One near the middle of the month, and one near the end. Since your
Credits were placed as pending on the 23rd of last month, they were not placed in time to be deposited in the end of month deposit for November. However, I do not see any issue with you receiving this deposit in the mid-month deposit for December, as Smwutches
describes. Hope this clears up any confusion!

are deposited in increments of 100 or more, and they will be deposited by the 15th and 30th of each month. Visit the Xbox LIVE Rewards website often to see your Pending balance and how many Rewards Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display
in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.
