Will my purchases still correspond with the Xbox Rewards program if I just applied for the ...

Hi support,

I recently applied for the Xbox Rewards program. I'm a gold member of 10 year tenure. After applying, I received this email.

"Get ready - you'll be all set to start earning through Xbox Live Rewards within the next two days."

My question is, if I make a purchase today, will the purchase still be counted towards the rewards program? Or would I need to wait until the account is fully verified for my purchases to matter?

Points for refer-a-freind not recieved.

How long does it take for the 100 or 400 points from the refer a friend program to be applied to the reward accounts? My friend referred me over two months ago and still no points have been applied to either of the accounts.

 

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

We will track your purchases from the moment your registration has begun, but you will not be able to receive any Credits until your registration completes, as your account has not yet been set up to receive those Credits. Hope this clears up any confusion!
