    If I have a balance of $10 in my Microsoft account and I have an active debit card being used for auto pay on my ultimate game pass will the $10 in my Microsoft account get used first then the remaining balance be paid with my card?

If you have a balance of $10 in your Microsoft account and an active debit card being used for auto-pay on your Ultimate Game Pass, the $10 in your Microsoft account will be used first, and the remaining balance will be paid with your card.



    It's important to note that if your Microsoft account balance is not enough to cover the cost of the subscription, the remaining balance will be charged to your debit card. Also, please make sure that your Microsoft account balance is not set to expire soon, as this may cause issues with your auto-payment.



    If you want to add funds to your Microsoft account, you can do so by following these steps:



    1. Sign-in to your Microsoft account.

    2. Go to the Payment & billing section.

    Problems With Xbox Gold

    go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and turn off recurring billing/auto renew on the Game Pass Ultimate subscription before you get a Past Due Balance on your
    account.

    if you get a Past Due Balance you will need to pay that off before you can get Live Gold or Game Pass.

    wait till the Ultimate Game Pass Expires before getting Gold or it will convert to Ultimate Game Pass

    When you purchase gold, game pass, or Ultimate through Xbox, you start a recurring subscription. If you don't turn off auto-renewal, the subscription continues the next month. You can try contact support and speak to billing to see if they can cancel it
    without having to pay off a balance first, but otherwise, they will suspend the account until you pay off the overdue balance. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
