Will Microsoft shift your XBOX games to Windows if the title is available for PC?

The only game you can also play on PC would be play anywhere games that can already be played on either with the one purchase. There is no swapping an Xbox version for a PC version if it isn't play anywhere.

it actually depend on the game.

1. the games that actually allow you to do this are ''Xbox play anywhere'' games.

these game you only need to buy once on ether Xbox one or in the windows store app

you can install these game by searching for them directly or by going in the

option(...)>downloads and updates>ready to install. the game that you own and can install will be listed there

these game will play seamlessly between platforms (campaign progression, online progression, cross platform interaction)

2. there are game that as cross save fonction and/or cross play (for example Call Of Duty Modern Warfare)have the capacity to share your progression and play with other players on a different platform but in this case you need to buy this game on each platform
you want to play it on

3. and there a game that as no transfer whatsoever and if you buy on another platform you will have to start all over.

Most games on the Windows Store are Xbox One games. Microsoft only sells a small selection of PC titles. Most PC games are only available on Steam, Epic Store and Origin.

No as its not a play anywhere title and it's not available for xbox games for Windows

Its only available for battle net or steam on pc
