To better understand, can you please confirm if you are attempting to download additional content to your game or if you are having trouble downloading Microsoft Flight Simulator to your device? If so, is this the PC version that was purchased from the Microsoft store?

don't think i want to share a product key but to my PC. The product is the Microsoft flight simulator. So i kick to the Xbnox site for the product then no download is available.
