    Will Microsoft ever re-enable the ability to access local files and save images on Xbox...


    I am physically disabled and can't use a computer or any alternate devices. So, Xbox and the Microsoft Edge app was really my only way to accessibly post game clips and screenshots on social media independently.

    I don't understand what security concerns there are with accessing your OneDrive through Microsoft Edge and posting captures to Facebook. It's just a huge shame, because this change seriously limited my accessibility with posting on social media. For example, I would also go to my email and save a picture of me and a family member sent by a friend then post that picture to Facebook through Microsoft Edge. Or I would upload a game clip to OneDrive then go to Facebook through Microsoft Edge and post the clip to a gaming group Facebook page.

    You do know you have twitch etc

    Editing clips isn't a function of a console

    Even upload studio had limited functions why would downloading clips and pictures affect your posting

    Unless you are trying to use.it like a pc

    It doesn't.have a.video editor

    It was disabled for security reasons and is likely to remain so.

    You can do that directly from your console

    Upload studio

    You just can't download external clips

    The FB app is on the xbox as mentioned its a security concern

    I was using this feature to post my game captures to Facebook from the OneDrive do to my physical and hand mobility being limited to the Xbox controller and my tv set.
