Discus and support will items from VIP rewards be added to the new rewards system? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i was intrested in getting the Bishoujo Mass Effect Tali statue (for 3,500 gems) but i only have 230 gems, any chance it will be apart of the new...     will items from VIP rewards be added to the new rewards system?


    i was intrested in getting the Bishoujo Mass Effect Tali statue (for 3,500 gems) but i only have 230 gems, any chance it will be apart of the new reward system so i can try to earn it there? if not then how big of a purches would i need to make to get 3500
    gems in time to earn the statue before its gone?

    I didn't get any Credits

    I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
    should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update i

    im missing 10,000 reward credits

    i claimed 10,000 reward credits from my vip gems but they have not been added to my account

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their policies. You could try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website and letting them know that you'd
    like to see this as a possible prize. Regarding earning more Gems, as stated in the transition FAQ, it is no longer possible to earn more Gems.

    Like many of the VIP rewards, it can still be random or whatever. Not every VIP member gets the special giveway items they give every now and then.

    I've got 5 continuous years on my account, as well as over 75000 GS, master level on the rewards system, and a VIP rewards member too, and I got nothing. I wouldn't hold your breathe! It shouldn't be expected any way, it's an added bonus if you get one.
