    Will I receive any VIP gems for completing the Free Ride Challenge?


    I received the 1000 reward credits for completing the Free Ride challenge for October, but I did not receive any VIP gems. Will I receive any?

    Freedom Rewards "Free Ride" Mission - Did Not Receive Credit for April 2018

    I did not receive the 1,000 Rewards Credits and 2 MyVIP gems for completing the "free ride" mission under Freedom Rewards for the month of April. I played Lies of Astaroth, Tera and Fable Fortune for more than 5 hours each to claim the reward.
    However, my account was not credited for completing this.

    Free Ride from January - no Gems, no Credit

    I had an issue with the FREE RIDE mission last month. I did 5 hous at World of Tanks, Gems of War and Warframe, and those three games were "green lit" at the rewards page. But I DID NOT receive any gems neither 1000 credits? Could you guys check it ?

    Our web team has resolved the issue, and the next time you log into the Rewards site, your gems should be updated on the vault page at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    There are challenges to receive gems for keeping gold and game pass for a certain amount of time, but there are no offers to receive credits or gems for actually purchasing them. And subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

    i can get that still hey own me more gems for the things i bought even taking out that they own me around 40 gems

    In order to earn credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the site.

    Gems can be earned either by completing certain offers (they're awarded along with credits) or by completing specific challenges. Challenges are listed on the bottom of the Missions page.
