    Will I lose purchased "Deals with Gold" games if I cancel my Gold subscription?


    If I cancel my live gold subscription will I lose access to my games I purchased at the discounted "Deals with Gold" promotion?

    I understand I will lose the free "Games with Gold" games, but I am not clear about the ones I purchase at a discount.

    Will I lose the games purchased, at a discount, under X Box One "Deals with Gold" if I cancel my Live Gold subscription?

    I Understand that this is the case with "Free Games" on Live Gold.

    If i purchase a game at a reduced rate because i have a gold account
    When i cancel my gold subscription do i lose the game
    I appreciate that happens with the free monthly game

    If you purchase Ultimate, the gold you have on your account will be cancelled and converted to Ultimate. So if you cancel Ultimate before it ends on its own, you will lose the gold you had and will have to purchase a new gold subscription. Once you cancel
    Ultimate or do not renew, you can purchase just a regular gold subscription.

    If you turn off auto renew instead, then you will not have to pay when your subscription expires, then you can purchase gold. If you cancel, you will lose your gold subscription, as well as game pass, and will have to purchase gold again.

    You would have to contact support to see if they can cancel the Ultimate without losing your gold. http://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us Otherwise, you would either
    need to cancel the subscription (which would cancel everything) and purchase a new gold subscription, or just wait until the current Ultimate subscription ends and buy a standard gold subscription.
