Will I have to unlock new achievements?

I recently bought Tekken 7 for the Xbox Family Face-Off mission. It took around 4 days to update that I completed the mission. In that time I had unlocked 28 achievements for the game. Will those count towards the No Losers at the Dinner Table mission
since it was before it recongnized I had bought it? or will I have to unlock more achievements?

Dragon Souls. Spoiler?

You get them when you kill a Dragon, Now to unlock that new shout bring up the spell menu then go to shouts then press x on the one you want to unlock =] you have to spend dragon souls to unlock the new shouts!

Where is the knife in your stats?

Yeah, now that there is so much stuff to unlock for every individual weapon you have to decide weather or not you want a new unlock sooner or some shiny new plates for your collection.

This morning, I got the notifications for about an hour, but then no new achievements would unlock at all. I restarted the console, and replayed the games and met the achievement requirements, but they still did not unlock. I tried for a new achievement, and that unlocked, so the game thinks it unlocked the achievements, but xbox live never unlocked them. Now I have to restart the console every half hour or I'll be locked out of getting achievements. Kind of not worth playing anything now.

I have the "A new you" achievement in Skyrim special edition at 100% but it isn't unlocking. i have completed the requirement of this achievement a couple of times already but it still isn't unlocking.

I had over 9 achievements say done unlocking after 50+ hours they finally 7 unlocked

now pushing over 72 hours waiting i still have 2 as done unlocking, but have not unlocked, unlocking new achievements works fine, when is this getting resolved?

Personally what I have experienced is that after I downloaded my profile into my Xbox again, any new achievement that I unlock will unlock in English, but when I delete my profile and I run first time setup and set up the Language and Locale to English -
US, the achievements that I have recently unlocked will be changed back to Spanish, and every other achievement as well and once again, every new achievement I unlock after that will be in English. I've tried this a total of three times by now.

Will I have to unlock new achievements?
