Will I have to purchase twice??

I've owned my original copy of TitanFall 2 since it was released. However it no longer is readable to the console, and i can no longer download the game.

My question is will I have to buy the digital version of the game in order to keep playing something ive frequented since drop. Thus wasting my money essentially. Or is there a way I can be gifted it? Asking here cause apparently it doesn't matter the problem.
Calling and talking to Microsoft workers seems to be futile at this moment since nothing permits me to talk to them.

if the disc is scratched or marked to the point it is not readable then that is on you, you will either have to buy a new disc or buy it digitally.

if the disc looks fine and its your console not detecting the disc then you need to have the console repaired.

Neither is the problem. Which is why I'm frustrated enough to voice it.

Console works fine I can put in any other game and it will download. The disc isn't marked and goes from console to case when finished. For some reason it just stops on 145mb every time for the specific disc.

set console to offline mode under network settings, then insert disc and allow install, once installed set to online and allow the updates. as it looks like it is failing the update download for the game, as it installs updates at the same time as installing
the disc.

Support here would not be able to help, as it's a billing issue, so I would recommend you go to account.microsoft.com and then select Payments & Billing > Order History. From there, find the duplicate order and select "Get order help" underneath it in
the description. That will take you to the page that will have information on how to get in touch with the right department to fix the issue.
