    I used my vip points in April to get 5,000 reward credits and you guys said i will get my 5 dollars tommorow ( June 31st. Will i get my 5 dollars tommorow?

    Xbox deposit dates

    I redeemed credits may 31st and it started pending like june 5th are my credits going to be deposited the 14th since that the last deposit date?

    I have not recieved my 5 dollar deposit

    I opted out with 5,750 credits in my account on April 7th and i have not recieved my 5 dollar deposit and it is now may 11th and i was told that i will recieve it at the end of april but it never happened. Please can you deposit my 5 dollars into my account.

    Your deposit was prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
    Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
    complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    Getting back anything is good enough for me. I have 5000 points coming my way, ($5 correct?) Which will be deposited into my account on the 31st. I will gladly take whatever I can get.

    Xbox Live Rewards Credits not deposited

    Credits are deposited based on when you earn them. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    So if you earned the credits after May 15, they would not have been scheduled for the deposit on the 31, but for the mid-June deposit.
    How would that make any sense if they said the deposit dates are the 15th and 30th of every month? Which means if I earned them after the 15th I should have gotten them on the 31st.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. So since your Credits from Rewards Hunters all occurred after the 15th in June, they will be in the mid-month deposit this month.

    We see that you have been awarded correctly for your purchases. If you are asking about why you have not received a deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be
