    I preordered The Division Gold Edition on February 20th. Will I get my 15k points?

    Punchcard Preorder issue!!!

    So I preordered, Shadow of War, Battlefront II, NFS Payback and AC Origins but I am not eligible for the 15k points because I did it before 10/1/2017? You understand you are punishing me for giving you my money before 10/1/2017? That is absolutely ridiculous...
    Please tell me why you can't see I preorder those 4 games already and hook me up on my Punchcard. I think I deserve the 15k for preordering like everyone else...

    As long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com, you would be eligible for the credits. The credits would show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game ships.

    For future reference, it's best to post in the Rewards forum for assistance with the program -

    I looked into this for you and, according to the Mission information at rewards.xbox.com , you need to preorder 3 games to receive the 15,000 points.
