Will I get banned for sharing account with my family?

Hi everyone, here's the thing: Forza Motosport is about to release and I don't have access to payments in Xbox Store due to sanctions in my country. However, my family lives in other country and they have Game Pass.

So the question is will the account get banned if they give me access to it and I play the game for a few hours? I just want to test this game and if I'll like it, I'll buy it.

Yes, that would put you at risk for being banned.

You can only share Gold and game share with family. If you are giving your account information to a friend in another household, town, state, country etc then you risk getting your account banned, and even your console banned. This is against the ToS,
so just beware of this if that is what you are doing.

Also keep in mind that game sharing is meant for family living in the same household. It's against the rules to share account information with people outside of your household, like for friends in other houses/cities/states/countries for the purpose of
sharing games. It can get both of your accounts banned.

set-ups with family members in the same household as you, not friends in different houses.
