Will I get a new controller

I put in a replacement controller order for my elite series 2 as the left bumper has started to go, doesn't always hold when I'm holding it, and the rubber grips next tl the Buber's have started to peel and bubble. This seems to be a wide spread and known problem, due to the fact the rubber overlaps the plastic

I have 2 questions really;

1. Will it definitely hey replaced F.o.Call

2. Will it be a brand new controller I get back or the same one?

They replaced the controller with a new one as long as it is under warranty.

I want to know this too. I've just bought the new 1Tb Xbox One, which comes bundled with the new controller. I want a second controller to go with it but I want to ensure I get a second new controller. It doesn't seem to be available anywhere.

The jack on the controller is without a doubt broken what i can refer to you is going to gamestop and getting a warranty on a controller it only costs 10$ extra and the warranty lasts a year so anytime u have this problem u can bring it back and u will
only pay 10$ for a new warranty when u get the new controller because its a new controller so new warranty
